Each of our clients has their own password-protected website and is able to generate a variety of dashboards, standard and ad hoc reports. Different passwords may be assigned to divisions and staff members to allow for varying levels of access and security of information.
Real time information is easily accessible in any area of your relocation program. This includes service activity, expenses, home sale cost forecasting, invoice history, and more. In addition, it can be presented in a variety of formats such as graphs, PDF, HTML, Excel and Active Reports.
You can elect to use a Report Caster, which can schedule automatic recurring reports. Event driven notifications can also be set up to inform clients, transferees and suppliers of specific events that are scheduled to happen, completed or overdue.
InformAgilitySM also includes private access to an interactive cost calculator, online submission of authorization forms, real-time status updates, up-to-the-minute transferee survey results and a Document Library for policies and reports.
