Our Minneapolis office is seeking a Relocation Counselor who will support the relocating employee during the entire move by administering home sale, purchase and closing services.
Essential Job Functions (Include but are not limited to):
- Build relationships and help people through life changing events
- Administer employee home sale benefits
- Coordinate home sale, purchase and closing services
- Data entry and tracking of activities in eCRM software
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- College degree preferred
- Real estate and relocation experience, preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize the urgency of multiple requests
- Ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Ability to work independently and self-manage time
