Relocation Counselor, Policy Administration

Our San Jose office is seeking a Relocation Counselor who will support the relocating employee during the entire move.

Essential Job Functions (Include but are not limited to):

  • Build relationships and help people through life changing events
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Coordinate services
  • Data entry and tracking of activities in eCRM software

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize the urgency of multiple requests
  • Ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage time
