We will only ask for personal information once you have decided to make an application with us. At that time we will only ask information required to make a quick underwriting evaluation and decision on your loan application. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, social security number, contact information, current residence, employment, debt and asset information.

Federal Law requires all lenders to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account or takes a loan. The preferred ID includes the customer's picture, address, signature and possibly other identifying information like date of birth, social security number, verification of employment and verification of address. The most common form will be the driver's license but local, state and federal government picture IDs are acceptable.

We are legally permitted to share non-public personal information with affiliates of Plus Relocation Mortgage that provide administrative and servicing functions for your loan. Additionally, we are legally permitted to share non-public personal information with third parties that are directly related to originating, processing, and closing or servicing your mortgage loan, an audit or other examination, or the sale of your mortgage loan.
