position summary

the home sale support specialist is responsible for assisting their assigned home sale counselors with the coordination and management of the home sale process to ensure relocating employees and corporate clients experience a high level of customer service.

essential job functions

  • assist home sale counselors with research and file management to support high quality customer service
  • coordinate appraisers, brokers, inspection, title, and other services as requested by the home sale counselors
  • follow up on list and buy referral paperwork
  • support team on reporting and communication with corporate clients and relocating employees
  • assist in generating activity reports for clients and home sale counselors
  • attend internal client meetings as requested
  • support the relocating employees and corporate clients as an extension of the home sale counselor duties

  • strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team
  • passionate about providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • computer skills necessary for normal business matters (Microsoft Suite required)
  • ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new demands, priorities, and challenges
  • effective and proactive problem-solving skills
  • strong attention to detail

additional requirements

  • college degree preferred
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or real estate preferred
