Plus is looking for motivated and passionate students to join our summer internship program! Working as an intern at Plus will help build your resume, provide you with an opportunity to learn more about working in a professional corporate setting, and most importantly, have fun! These are full-time, paid internships. All opportunities available in our Minneapolis office are detailed below.

expense management intern (6 available)

the expense management intern will be responsible for assisting the expense management team in their tasks, including:

  • audit initial relocating employee expense reports for mathematical accuracy and policy adherence
  • enter vouchers into system accurately and in a timely matter
  • generate precise and timely client invoices and interface with internal departments
  • process and audit payments to relocating employees and vendors
  • other Plus projects as requested by management

client services and home sale intern (2 available)

the client services and home sale intern will be responsible for assisting the client services and home sale team in their tasks, including:

  • assist client services and home sale specialists with file management to support high quality customer service
  • assist in generating and reviewing reports and communication for our corporate clients and relocating employees
  • assist with research and resolve issues for relocating employees as requested by service teams
  • support internal customers in review of relocating employees’ expenses for accuracy
  • process agent updates, listing agreements, referral agreements, sales contracts, inspections, and additional requests as requested
  • follow-up on list and buy referral paperwork

global compensation intern (1 available)

the global compensation intern will be responsible for assisting the global compensation team in their tasks, including:

  • administer global assignee compensation programs and deliverables
  • support timely and accurate billing for services performed
  • proactively offer suggestions for improvement of processes and efficiencies
  • perform expense management duties periodically

technology intern (1 available)

the technology intern is responsible for providing desktop support services and level one troubleshooting, and assisting the technology team in their tasks, including:

  • provide day-to-day desktop support for end-users
  • willingness to utilize and expand technical expertise, including but not limited to; audio/visual setup (conference calls and meetings), application support, remote user administration/support, network printing configuration, support tracking documentation and monitor desktop support needs and solutions
  • responsible for ensuring smooth operation of office computer systems including but not limited to; installing and configuring desktop computer systems, interfacing with staff in professional and reliable manner, finding solutions to problems using multiple resources, replacing parts as required, following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system, supporting new applications, setting up new users, rapidly establish a good working relationship with fellow-employees and management
  • work with vendor partners in support of end user issue resolution
  • abide by all policies and guidelines set forth by the IT policy document as well as information security policy

global supply chain intern (1 available)

the global supply chain intern will be responsible for assisting the global supply chain team in their tasks, including:

  • assist with reporting and analysis of cost savings, cost estimating, and benchmarking reports
  • support of ongoing research, implementation, and development of suppliers
  • support team with vendor management functions
  • gather information on prospective suppliers in multiple countries
  • provide backup assistance and administrative support for team members as needed

consulting services intern (1 available)

the consulting services intern will be responsible for assisting the consulting services team in their tasks, including:

  • assist in the development of ongoing client and team projects
  • review and update information and policy language in Movetrack
  • load and manage client documents in Salesforce
  • create, maintain and update binders for the client implementation process
  • research, identify and prepare materials needed to support client strategy

skills required for all internships 

  • strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
