position summary

the support specialist of client services is responsible for the administrative support for the Client Services and Management teams.

essential job functions

  • set up new client initiations timely and accurately
  • assist in creation, review and updating of reports
  • perform quality assurance audits on relocating employee files
  • deliver a superior customer experience through the management of the Elo inbox
  • recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
  • provide assistance and support to management, service teams, and other departments as needed

additional requirements

  • college degree preferred
  • minimum 1 year of experience in administration, customer service, or alike
