position summary

the global mobility specialist is responsible for assisting global mobility counselors, Plus partners and the overall service team. The specialist will also coordinate and manage supplier services.

essential job functions

  • assist assigned global mobility counselors with file management to provide high quality customer service
  • add value to the relocation experience by developing relationships with counselors, suppliers, clients, and relocating employees
  • support the relocating employees and corporate clients as an extension of the counselor
  • coordinate and manage supplier services
  • research requests and resolve issues for relocating clients and relocating employees
  • track progression of service delivery information and communicate to  counselor
  • prepare and review cost projections
  • generate reports and communication pieces for clients and relocating employees
  • support internal customers in the facilitation and understanding of expense processes

additional requirements

  • college degree preferred
  • minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
