position summary

the global supply chain specialist is responsible for the ongoing identification, development, and maintenance of Plus global supply partners and services, primarily with household good vendors in the Americas.

essential job functions

  • perform ongoing research, implementation, and development of suppliers to include monitoring and reporting of supplier activity and performance
  • perform the new and on-going training of service delivery staff, including product knowledge and processes
  • provide support for escalated service issues with suppliers and service delivery teams
  • maintain monthly dashboards and assist in generating activity and/or financial reports for internal customers and corporate clients
  • review of relocating employee surveys and reporting
  • participate in client reviews and new client implementations as needed
  • attend scheduled team and company meetings

additional requirements

  • college degree preferred
  • minimum 1-2 years of experience in the mobility industry
