position summary

the consulting services support specialist is responsible for conducting specialized communication and administrative functions through the support of the client relations and consulting services teams.

essential job functions

  • create, maintain and update client technology in MoveTrack and SalesForce
  • create, maintain and update binders for the client implementation process
  • proofread, edit and standardize client documentation for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension, style and format
  • assist with client business reviews and other client-specific tasks
  • research, identify and prepare materials needed to support client strategy
  • manage the Consulting Services SharePoint queue, evaluating inbound requests for priority, resource availability and expected completion
  • prepare various client and internal reports
  • coordinate and manage relocating employee surveys and other surveys as needed

  • computer skills necessary for normal business matters (Microsoft Suite required)

  • proficient in data management, data manipulation and data governance
  • excellent command of English language and grammar
  • strong project management skills
  • strong writing and copy editing skills

additional requirements

  • college degree preferred
  • strong knowledge of Associated Press Style Guidelines
  • intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite and desktop publishing
  • minimum 1-2 years of experience in communications, project management, customer service or alike
