position summary

the global mobility specialist is responsible for assisting global mobility counselors, Plus partners and the overall service team. The specialist will also coordinate and manage supplier services.

essential job functions

  • assist assigned global mobility counsellors with file management to provide high quality customer service
  • add value to the relocation experience by developing relationships with counsellors, suppliers, clients, and relocating employees
  • support the relocating employees and corporate clients as an extension of the counsellor
  • coordinate and manage supplier services
  • research requests and resolve issues for relocating clients and relocating employees
  • track progression of service delivery information and communicate to  counselor
  • generate reports and communication pieces for clients and relocating employees
  • support internal customers in the facilitation and understanding of expense processes

skills required 

  • strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously, as well as be part of a successful team
  • passionate about providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to respond resourcefully and constructively to new  demands, priorities, and challenges
  • strong consultative skills

additional requirements

  • college degree preferred
  • minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
