The supplier relations team continually monitors activity and service performance using comprehensive performance scorecards:

Our global supplier team routinely prepares and shares performance scorecards with each key supplier partner on a regularly scheduled basis. These unique scorecards evaluate four critical business quadrants and compare previous performance metrics to reveal and illuminate best practices and trends. We use a point system that includes a variety of performance categories, provides weights for each category, and defines the scales used for scoring each element within the quadrants.
